Chris Villalpando, Albert Duff, Michael Vermillion, and Valerie Johnson each bring deep experience in security operations, leadership, and client service, further strengthening the team guiding our continued expansion.
Together, they represent decades of industry experience and a proven ability to build, manage, and support high-performing security programs. Their leadership has been instrumental in establishing strong client relationships, disciplined operations, and reliable service delivery across a wide range of environments.
In their roles at Citadel, this team will continue to lead with a focus on operational consistency, client partnership, and day-to-day execution. Their involvement ensures continuity for existing clients while supporting the integration of additional structure, oversight, and resources across the broader Citadel network.
Chris Villalpando, now serving as Chief Revenue Officer, brings more than 30 years of experience across law enforcement, security, and executive leadership. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for aligning business growth with client needs, strengthening partnerships, and delivering security programs that are both responsive and well-structured. At Citadel, Chris will help guide strategic growth while ensuring clients continue to receive tailored, high-quality service.
Albert Duff, Vice President of Technology Operations, brings more than 15 years of experience leading technology strategy and technical operations across complex environments. He has a strong track record of driving digital transformation, implementing advanced analytics, and aligning technology investments with business growth. At Citadel, Albert leads the development and management of the company’s Security Operations Center (SOC), video surveillance platforms, and supporting IT infrastructure, with a focus on building scalable systems that enhance visibility, improve response coordination, and support consistent service delivery.
Michael Vermillion, Senior Vice President of Integration, brings over 20 years of experience in systems and process integration, with a focus on building scalable operations that support growth. Known for driving efficiency and organizational alignment, he plays a critical role in integrating people, processes, and technology across the business. At Citadel, Michael leads integration efforts across newly acquired teams and locations, ensuring consistency, performance, and a seamless transition as the company continues to expand.
Valerie Johnson, Vice President of Human Resources, brings more than 18 years of HR leadership experience supporting and scaling operational teams. She is known for building people-focused systems that strengthen culture, performance, and organizational alignment. At Citadel, Valerie leads HR strategy with a focus on workforce development, employee engagement, and maintaining a high-performing, people-first culture that supports both frontline teams and the company’s continued growth.
Before joining Citadel, this leadership team played a central role in building Code 4 Security Services into a trusted provider known for professionalism, strong client relationships, and dependable service. Their experience and leadership continue to carry forward as part of Citadel’s growing organization.
