Getting ahead of it isn't complicated. Pressure-test your after-hours coverage before you need it. Tighten access on properties that sit empty. Make sure vacant or seasonal assets are patrolled and monitored, not just locked. And if you manage sites that swing busy in summer, construction, events, retail, plan the coverage now, not after the first incident.
