Celebrating Excellence: Citadel Security Q2 2025 Employees of the Quarter
By Team Citadel on Jul 15, 2025
At Citadel Security USA, our people are the heart of everything we do. Each quarter, we recognize team members who go above and beyond to embody our mission: protecting what matters, leading with integrity, and staying ready. For Q2 2025, we are proud to honor two outstanding employees whose dedication, leadership, and courage have made a lasting impact — Tyson Weiss and Jodie Jones.
Employee of the Quarter (West Region): Tyson Weiss
For more than two years, Tyson Weiss has been a cornerstone of Citadel’s Special Event Department. This quarter, he demonstrated exceptional leadership during a particularly challenging time when a colleague fell seriously ill. Tyson stepped up without hesitation, ensuring both his team and our client received the highest level of support.
Tyson is known for his kindness, patience, and willingness to teach others, creating a supportive environment where teammates feel encouraged and valued. Over the past year, he has played a critical role in ensuring event operations run smoothly, often juggling multiple responsibilities with calm focus and positivity.
What makes Tyson stand out is not only his professionalism but also his heart. He is approachable, enthusiastic, and deeply committed to his team’s success. His multitasking skills and steady leadership have left a significant mark on both colleagues and clients alike.
Congratulations, Tyson! Your dedication and positive energy inspire all of us at Citadel.
Employee of the Quarter (Midwest Region): Jodie Jones
Since joining Citadel, Jodie Jones has shown remarkable adaptability and drive. After moving from the Beyond Meat static post into a full-time patrol role, she quickly mastered multiple sites, excelling in high-demand environments like Wabash and Columbia Patrol. Known for her reliability and eagerness to help, Jodie never hesitates to cover tough shifts or take on voluntary overtime.
But Jodie’s impact goes far beyond dependability. This quarter, while on patrol, she encountered an unconscious individual in a park. Acting quickly, she called emergency medical services and immediately began performing CPR. Thanks to her swift response and training, EMS was able to revive the individual — saving their life.
Jodie’s courage exemplifies what it means to serve with excellence. She is not only a dependable team member but also a protector of the communities we serve, showing that security work is about far more than presence — it’s about making a real difference.
Congratulations, Jodie! We are honored to recognize your professionalism, bravery, and commitment to safety.
Tyson and Jodie’s stories highlight what makes Citadel Security USA unique: our people. Their actions embody the values of integrity, service, and accountability that define our work. Thanks to Tyson and Jodie for setting the bar high and showing what it means to serve with purpose. We are proud to call you part of the Citadel team!
