Employee of the Quarter (Missouri): John Williams
Since joining Citadel in January 2025, John Williams has been an extraordinary asset to the Missouri team. With a lifelong career dedicated to security and safety, John brings deep experience, a steady presence, and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing — every shift, every time.
John’s personal values shine just as brightly as his professional contributions. He and his wife recently celebrated 25 years of marriage, and his daily acts of kindness — including giving her foot and body massages — speak volumes about his dedication in all areas of life. Two of their three sons proudly serve alongside him at Citadel, underscoring the family’s shared commitment to service.
Outside of work, John stays active through rollerblading, working out, and exploring the outdoors. Faith plays a central role in his life, and he often studies scripture with his family. Whether it’s a quiet evening at home or a 10-mile walk to unwind, John embraces each day with gratitude and purpose.
What truly sets John apart is his reliability and willingness to go above and beyond. He steps into extra assignments without hesitation, covers both day and night shifts when needed, and consistently identifies opportunities for safety improvement. John and his family even coordinate their schedules so he can provide emergency coverage — a level of dedication that deeply supports both the team and the client.

Employee of the Quarter (Colorado): Kaitlyn Antolic
Kaitlyn Antolic joined Citadel in August 2025 and quickly made an impressive mark. With five years of industry experience, she brought a strong foundation to her role as Contract Manager for The Haskell Company — and she arrived ready to make a difference.
Raised in New Jersey and an avid Eagles fan, Kaitlyn moved to Colorado nine years ago and now calls the Rocky Mountains home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat Cleo, perfecting breakfast recipes, cheering on her godson at football games, and savoring quiet days with friends and family.
Kaitlyn’s impact at Citadel became clear when she stepped into a challenging staffing and performance environment on the Haskell Construction contract. With client confidence on the line, she took full ownership of revitalizing the account. Through decisive leadership, hands-on training, strategic personnel changes, and thoughtful coaching, she stabilized the site and strengthened the client relationship — delivering measurable improvements.
Her ability to lead by example, communicate clearly, tackle issues head-on, and build trust with both clients and team members reflects what it means to be a leader at Citadel Security.
